Copy a Post

Emily Houghton Updated by Emily Houghton

Copy Post lets you duplicate a post in another group, so you can start a new post without having to re-enter your content. We like to make things easy peasy lemon squeezy ๐Ÿ‹

This is another admin only feature. You must also be an admin of the group you want to copy the post into.

How to copy a post

  1. Go to the post that you want to copy.
  2. Select the ellipsis icon (...) from the top right of the post.
  3. Select Copy Post To...
  4. Select the group(s) you want to copy this post to.
  5. Select Post.
  6. You should see a confirmation โœ… to verify that this post has been copied.
  7. To check your post has been copied to the correct place, go to the group you copied the post to and that post should be at the top of the main feed.
Any tags used in your post will be retained and visible in the group it was copied into. If you need to change the tags, just select Edit Post in the group it was copied into and delete the tags or set up new ones!
